A key issue faced by businesses today is the increasing number of employees absent from work due to stress related illnesses. It has been estimated that 13.8 million working days were lost during a 12-month period due to these illnesses (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)).  This one-day course is a great team building exercise incorporating enjoyable, interactive activities with emphasis on delegates working as teams to identify shared health interests. They will examine a typical working day to highlight their personal stress issues. They are encouraged, as a team, to look at ways of overcoming their stress issues to improve their work/life/team balance.
